Our practice can provide appointments over the phone, in person during our operating hours. Appointments can also be booked online 24x7 from our website or through the Hotdoc App.

We prefer that you book an appointment to see our doctors if you wish to be bulk billed, if you walk-in without an appointment, fees will apply.

Biiling Policy

Bulk-billing is available at this practice if you:

  • Are an existing patient
  • Have attended the clinic in the last 12 months
  • Have an appointment

If you do not meet the above criteria, please read the following:

Weekdays (Monday - Friday)
Existing Patients
(who have attended the clinic in the last 12 months) 		$90
(Medicare rebate $42.85, GAP $47.15)
New Patients
(including those who have not attended the clinic in the last 12 months) 		$130
(Medicare rebate $82.90, GAP $ 47.10)
Weekends and Public Holidays
Existing Patients
(who have attended the clinic in the last 12 months) 		$105
(Medicare rebate $55.80, GAP $49.20)
New Patients
(including those who have not attended the clinic in the last 12 months) 		$145
(Medicare rebate $95.70, GAP $49.30)

** All telephone consults on the weekend and public holidays are privately billed

** Medicare Rebates subject to Eligibility

** We do not bill Private Health Insurance, we provide you with invoices to get reimbursement from insurance.
