Appointment
Our practice can provide appointments over the phone, in person during our operating hours. Appointments can also be booked online 24x7 from our website or through the Hotdoc App.
We prefer that you book an appointment to see our doctors as sometimes they can be booked out and we may be unable to accommodate walk-ins except in case of an emergency.
Doctors will not prepare or manage naturopathic lists.
Antibiotics will be prescribed only when clinically indicated and relevant.
Chronic care management services are available only to patients registered under MyMedicare.

Fees
We’re pleased to let you know that from 1 November 2025, our clinic will be bulk billing most consultations.
This means that for the majority of GP appointments, you will have no out-of-pocket cost, as we will bill Medicare directly.
Please note that some services will still attract a private fee, including:
- Certain procedures
- Wound dressings
- Iron infusions
- Telehealth if not eligible
- Other treatments that require additional time or resources
- A no-show fee of $30 will apply if appointments are not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
***Medicare rebate might not be available when you are charged privately for any service.
Biiling Policy
Bulk-billing is available at this practice if you:
- Are an existing patient
- Have attended the clinic in the last 12 months
- Have an appointment
