Self check-in kiosks  

World Square CBD Medical Centre has introduced a new "Self Check-in Kiosk" that allows patients to check themselves in via our self check in kiosk.

Patients with appointments can check-in using the self check-in kiosk when they arrive at the medical centre and confirm all of their personal details are correct.

URGENT MATTER? 
 
If it is an urgent medical problem, please let our receptionist know, and we will do our best to provide you with medical attention as soon as possible. 
 
If you are a new patient and have made an appointment, we advise you to come to our Medical Centre 10 minutes earlier with your Medicare card and photo ID, so that you can fill out the necessary paperwork before your appointment.
 
 
WHAT TO DO IF WE ARE FULLY BOOKED? 
 
We will still accept walk in patients. If you have an urgent matter, give the receptionist an idea of what the problem is, and they will do their best to fit you in.
 
Urgent matters will always be taken priority if you let us know first, either by a phone call or in person.
 

Patients are allowed the leave the medical centre while they are waiting for a doctor. We offer a courtesy SMS reminder service for busy patients to let them know when to return so they don't miss their turn. Simply inform our receptionist if you require an SMS reminder and our system will send you an SMS when it is closer to your turn.
